Julie wanted to see the sea for the first time

The summer of 2022 was the summer of great firsts for Julie and her sister: their first time at the seaside and their first time on a plane. The long wait, caused mainly by the pandemic, was more than worth it! At last, there were beautiful memories to build on to replace the years of trials.

Once on the beautiful island that was their destination, Julie enjoyed everything: the lovely hotel, the thrilling activities on offer for her and her sister, the food with the wonderful smells and tastes of the Mediterranean and most of all, the feeling that the illness had been left far behind.

Julie ran around in the water and played alongside her sister just like all the other children her age, living her dream with all the intensity of a happy child.
