Make-A-Wish Switzerland & Liechtenstein was pleased to participate in the Lova Center event in Vaduz, a day rich in meetings, exchanges and engagement at the heart of the Liechtenstein entrepreneurial world.
This event was a wonderful opportunity to share our mission and connect with many people eager to learn more about Make-A-Wish. Families inquired about having a wish granted, visitors discovered our work, and several companies shared their ideas for collaborations and partnerships.
We also met people who wanted to volunteer with us. Because behind every wish granted are Wishmakers: people who offer their time, skills, network, or support to bring strength, hope, and joy to children living with serious illness and their families.
A wonderful display of generosity
This day was also marked by the generous contribution of Andreas Ospelt and the businesses of the Lova Center, who presented Make-A-Wish with a check for CHF 2,000. A huge thank you for this invaluable support, as well as for the enthusiasm surrounding our stand, our wheel of fortune, and Wishy!
We also extend our warmest thanks to Rainer Caseli of Reica Fahrzeuge, without whom our presence at this event would not have been possible. Thank you for choosing to support our organization and for providing us with this excellent visibility, as well as to his partner for their financial support.
Finally, a huge thank you to Patrick Flammer and Claudio Boss of Vaduzer Medienhaus for their editorial support and the visibility they provided leading up to the event. We also thank Claudio for his spontaneous donation and his initiative to mobilize new Wishmakers through his network.
This day reminds us that to fulfill the wishes of children living with a serious illness, donations are essential, but commitment can take many forms.
We need people who give their time, companies that open doors, partners who create links, and people willing to share their ideas, skills, or network.
They all contribute, in their own way, to making our mission possible.
